A bit more on our services...
Home care/domiciliary care is a service that is provided by Health Care Assistances to enable and support vulnerable adults (anyone over 18 who requires care is defined as an vulnerable adult) to live safely and actively in society with in their own homes.
A care package is provided to the individual and tailored to their individual requirements, for example different visits throughout the day. 1 daily visit maybe required for 1 service user and another service user may require 4 visits a day to enable them the quality of life they require. Once an enquiry has been made a risk assessment is completed with the service user by a manager and their specific request/needs are recorded and discussed to enable the correct care package to be provided efficiently and effectively.
An information pack is either sent out to the service user or provided at the risk assessment with Ivory Homecare policies and procedures that CQC require us to provide.
